TTG is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing to own our CRM program, messaging across emails, push, and SMS, and to lead the team that runs it. You will drive automation and AI-driven Next Best Action, expanding to new channels like Whats App and in-app messaging.
This role requires owning strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day calls with a focus on repeat purchases, retention, and LTV in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration.
