• Take ownership of the organic social media strategy (channels include Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok for example)
• Build a strong content strategy with the wider marketing team
• Take the lead in building community led initiatives
• Track and analyse the performance of social and community against growth objectives to implement changes
• Manage a lovely team of 2 social media executives - looking for strong leadership qualities.

• Experience with in the hair industry is advantageous but open to Beauty/Retail
• Strong organic social media experience
• Previous line management (will be managing 2 in this team)
• Experience on channels such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook (You Tube is advantageous)
• Ability to work and develop a strong community within the industry
