Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Media Buying Manager within You Tube to lead the activation, optimisation and performance of You Tube advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Buying- Develop and execute You Tube media buying strategies aligned to client objectives.
- Plan and activate campaigns across You Tube formats, including:
- Skippable In-Stream
- Non-Skippable In-Stream
- In-Feed Video Ads
- Shorts Ads
- Masthead
- Demand Gen campaigns
- You Tube Select
- Build audience strategies using first-party, contextual, affinity, demographic and behavioural targeting.
- Manage media budgets ranging from thousands to multi-million-pound investments.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance daily.
- Optimise bids, budgets, creative rotation and audience targeting to improve outcomes.
- Deliver against key KPIs including:
- Reach and Frequency
- View Rate
- Cost Per View
- Cost Per Completed View
- Brand Lift
- Conversions
- Return on Ad Spend
- Produce insightful campaign analysis and post-campaign evaluations.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends, audience insights and optimisation opportunities.
- Act as the You Tube channel expert within the business.
- Present campaign recommendations, performance updates and strategic insights to clients.
- Collaborate with planning and creative teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Build strong relationships with platform representatives and technology partners.
- Stay up to date with You Tube advertising products, automation capabilities and industry developments.
- Identify emerging opportunities across You Tube viewing trends, connected TV, Shorts and creator-led content.
- Drive testing frameworks to evaluate new targeting, creative and measurement solutions.
- Share best practices and thought leadership across the organisation.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
