Senior Paid Media Manager

Job Description:

We are working with a highly respected independent digital agency specialising in luxury and premium brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, automotive and hospitality.

They are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join their growing team and take ownership of paid media campaigns for some exciting luxury clients.

The Role

Develop and execute paid media strategies across luxury and premium clients.
Manage campaigns across Paid Media - Meta and Tik Tok, from strategy through to optimisation.
Work closely with creative teams to develop and test high-performing social campaigns.
Manage budgets, analyse performance and provide actionable insights.
Build strong client relationships and become a trusted paid media advisor.
Support wider strategy, pitches and new business activity.

What We're Looking For

Strong agency experience in Paid Media / Paid Social.
Proven experience working with luxury or premium brands - essential.
Strong hands-on experience across Meta and Tik Tok.
Excellent understanding of paid social strategy, creative testing and optimisation.
Confident managing clients and presenting campaign performance.
Commercially minded, analytical and genuinely passionate about digital marketing/paid media.
