Lux Experience's NET-A-PORTER group is seeking a User Behaviour Analyst (f/m/d) to join its London office and help optimise how customers discover, engage with content and complete purchases.
You will analyse end-to-end journeys, segment high-value cohorts, track cross-channel traffic and collaborate with Trading, Brand and UX teams to drive merchandising decisions and on-site recommendations with data-driven insights.
