• Manage influencer and affiliate partnerships, from briefing to performance reporting
• Identify and activate brand collaborations, retailer partnerships and co-marketing opportunities
• Monitor media coverage, analyse performance and deliver actionable insights
• Drive always-on PR activity, capitalising on trends, seasonal moments and cultural opportunities
• Manage awards submissions and amplify recognition across channels

• Extensive experience in beauty PR, with exposure to partnerships and influencer marketing
• Strong network within the UK media and influencer landscape
• Commercial mindset, with an understanding of affiliate marketing and campaign performance
• Highly organised, creative and confident working cross-functionally
