The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) is the UK’s leading training provider in natural therapies. For over 25 years, our mission has been to empower people to take control of their health through natural wellness. We offer a wide range of degree-level and short courses in nutrition, naturopathy, herbal medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, natural chef training, and more.

We are now looking for an ambitious Influencer & Ambassador Manager to take ownership of our influencer strategy, drive measurable results, and increase student enrolments across our courses.

The Role

This role is all about impact and results. You will build and manage a high-performing influencer and ambassador programme, working with established voices in wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle who can inspire audiences and convert followers into course applications.

You’ll bring a commercial mindset, ensuring every collaboration is designed to grow brand reach, generate leads, and hit enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver an influencer marketing strategy focused on generating student enrolments
  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers with large, engaged followings in wellness and lifestyle
  • Negotiate strong commercial agreements with influencers and ambassador partners
  • Design and run campaigns that drive high-quality traffic to CNM’s courses and events
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to optimise messaging, funnels, and conversion strategies
  • Track, analyse, and report on key metrics including engagement, leads, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI
  • Continuously refine the programme to maximise performance and return on investment
