We are seeking a Digital Merchandising Manager to own digital content and merchandising across Tik Tok Shop UK supporting day-to-day content updates while driving revenue growth through strategic campaign management LIVE commerce and optimisation of Tik Tok Shop operations

This role requires a data-driven mindset using insights from Tik Tok Shop platform tools to guide decision-making. You will collaborate closely with local and global teams LIVE agency partners and affiliates to ensure our Tik Tok Shop presence is optimised compliant and delivering outstanding consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop andmaintaina digital content and merchandising strategy using a data-led approach aligned with business and trading priorities.

• Create audit and merchandise content to support product launches and trading campaigns

• Own day-to-day shop operations including voucher/campaign set-uppromotionsand pricing (couponing discounting bundles seasonal activations) and platform policy updates protecting ASP and margin throughout.

• Own GMV forecasting for Tik Tok Shop tracking actuals againstforecastand flagging risks and opportunities.

• Manage and develop a direct report setting clearobjectivesand supporting their growth.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to increase engagement improve conversion and optimise the consumer journey.

• Partner cross-functionally with DTC Social Category Marketing Operations and global Tik Tok teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor KPIs (GMV GMV/hour ROAS CAC retention) reporting performance and actionable insights to leadership to improve engagement and conversion.

• Track Tik Tok Shop trends competitor strategies and platform updates to keep

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience in e-commerce digital marketing or social commerce

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication stakeholder management proofreading and attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

• Comfortable working with performance dashboards and marketplace metrics

• Experience building sales/GMV forecasts and reporting against them.

Desirable

• Previous people management experience

• Tik Tok Shop/affiliate marketing experience
