Marketing Manager

• Support the development and refinement of product positioning, value propositions, and messaging across Waystone's key products and solutions
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of differentiation
• Assist in the creation and execution of messaging frameworks and go-to-market plans
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including solutions overviews, brochures, case studies, FAQs, and objection-handling resources
• Work with Commercial teams to support business development efforts and sales conversations
• Support responses to strategic business development opportunities and proposals
• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting business priorities and growth objectives
• Coordinate campaign deliverables across digital marketing, content, events, public relations, and commercial teams
• Assist in planning and executing product launches, service enhancements, and strategic marketing initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation and continuous improvement
• Develop marketing content including articles, videos, email programmes, web content, presentations, social media content, and client communications
• Partner with subject matter experts to create thought leadership
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards, messaging frameworks, and commercial objectives
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Commercial and Operations to deliver integrated marketing programmes
• Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors
• Build relationships across the business to align product, marketing, and commercial strategies

• 5-8 years' experience in product marketing in the asset management, financial services or professional services industries
• Strong product and cross-service marketing experience, campaign execution and project management skills, and commercial mindset
• Experience developing marketing content and sales enablement materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to simplify complex products, services, and industry topics into compelling value propositions and marketing messages
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of asset-servicing solutions such as fund administration, regulated funds solutions and compliance services is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field

Demonstrates expertise in product marketing within the asset management and financial services sectors, with a strong focus on campaign execution, content development, and stakeholder collaboration. Proven ability to create compelling marketing messages and sales enablement materials that align with commercial objectives.
