Our client, a prestigious and highly regarded London law firm, is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join its growing Business Services team.
This is a broad and varied role, offering the opportunity to work across marketing, communications and business development, supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to the firm's continued growth.
The Role- Managing submissions for Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Spear's and other relevant directories and awards.
- Co-ordinating submission deadlines and working with multiple practice areas.
- Preparing and uploading submissions, referee lists and supporting documentation.
- Keeping up to date with directory requirements, research processes and submission criteria.
- Monitoring researcher details, referee engagement and interview opportunities.
- Communicating rankings and accolades and supporting related website and Linked In updates.
- Supporting BD initiatives including market research, targeting, events, pitches and proposals.
- Supporting the ongoing development and data integrity of the firm's CRM system.
- You will ideally have at least two years' marketing and/or business development experience from a law firm.
- Most importantly, you will have demonstrable, hands-on experience managing legal directory submissions, ideally including Chambers & Partners and/or The Legal 500. This is a key requirement for the role.
