- Own and deliver the full UK marketing programme across law firm and real estate ecosystem audiences
- Partner with sales and GTM teams to align marketing priorities with pipeline goals, sales motions, and target accounts
- Lead UK events, community activities, and virtual events, including end-to-end planning, promotion, and delivery
- Update and upgrade UK marketing collateral, website, blog, and social media content
- Create thought leadership, case study, and award submission content
- Operationalise consistent UK marketing activity
- Collaborate with design, content, and PR agencies and freelancers
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance
- Refine marketing activity based on performance insights and demonstrate impact
- Report to the Marketing Director
- 4+ years' experience in B2B marketing with end-to-end programme, segment, or product ownership
- Particularly strong event execution experience
- Proven ability to manage a marketing plan end-to-end
- Strong cross-functional operating ability
- Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong campaign and project management experience using tools such as Asana, Trello, or
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in AI, proptech, and the future of real estate and legal work
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools independently
- Must follow security policies and complete regular awareness training
- Must handle sensitive data with care in line with ISO 27001 standards
- Background screening required before starting
- Must be willing to work hybrid, with office attendance expected at least once a week
- Must be authorised to work in the UK or obtain required sponsorship/support
Demonstrates expertise in B2B marketing with a focus on end-to-end program management, event execution, and performance analysis. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing strategies within the legal and real estate sectors.
