Job Description MENA Marketing Lead drives regional marketing strategy, brand growth, user acquisition, partnerships, campaign execution, market research, and performance optimization across Middle East and North Africa markets.###
Key Responsibilities
* Develop regional marketing strategies for MENA growth markets.
* Plan localized campaigns across digital marketing channels.
* Manage brand positioning for Arabic-speaking target audiences.
* Coordinate influencer partnerships and community engagement programs.
* Track campaign performance, budgets, leads, and ROI.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams.
* Conduct competitor analysis and customer behavior research.
* Ensure culturally relevant messaging across regional markets.### Skill & Experience
* Strong knowledge of MENA consumer market trends.
* Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social advertising.
* Excellent Arabic and English communication abilities preferred.
* Experience managing regional marketing campaigns and budgets.
* Data-driven approach to performance marketing optimization.
* Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
** Bonus**: 25% + equity
