• Champion and protect the visual brand identity across all creative touchpoints
• Own motion projects from briefing and initial concept through storyboarding, animation, editing and final delivery
• Create performance-led animations and short-form videos for paid marketing channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, PR and OOH
• Use performance data and creative learnings to inform, iterate and improve future ads
• Edit and enhance UGC and creator content into polished paid-social assets
• Adapt creative across platforms, placements, formats and aspect ratios
• Develop creative iterations and variations for testing hooks, messaging, formats, CTAs and visual treatments
• Balance brand consistency with performance while evolving and testing creative
• Collaborate with the Brand & Creative Team on innovative ideas and organic social assets
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform behaviours, emerging technologies and techniques

• Strong experience in the beauty, skincare, health or wellness industries, preferable within a D2C subscription-led brand
• Broad experience creating digital marketing campaigns and paid social creative
• Exceptional animation, video-editing and short-form storytelling skills
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, messaging hierarchy and performance-led advertising
• Strong concepting skills, from brief or insight through final execution and iteration
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong graphic design fundamentals across typography, composition, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
• Confidence in animation, video editing, compositing, sound design and basic colour grading
• Experience editing UGC and creator content and adapting assets across multiple formats and placements
• Experience with AI-powered motion and animation tools
• Creative, open-minded and meticulous approach with the ability to test and iterate ideas at pace
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including presenting and explaining creative decisions
• Ability to work independently and own projects and priorities at midweight level
