Where You'll Make an Impact

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a content calendar all day.

We're looking for a hands-on social creative who loves coming up with ideas and making them happen.

You'll work across a range of TSA clients, translating brand strategies and creative briefs into authentic, engaging social-first content.

You'll contribute original concepts, shoot iPhone-first content, edit Tik Toks and Reels, support creative shoots and capture UGC-style content at client events.

You'll also keep a close eye on social culture, emerging trends and new formats, reacting quickly and finding creative ways to make them relevant to the brands you're working with.

Importantly, we're looking for someone who already has experience doing this. You'll be joining towards the mid/top end of Executive level, ready to take ownership of your creative work streams and contribute ideas rather than simply waiting for the next task.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is where ideas turn into content.

You'll take social strategies and creative briefs and bring them to life through brilliant, platform-native content for Tik Tok and Instagram.

One day you might be spotting a trend and turning it into an idea for a client, the next you'll be shooting iPhone-first content, editing a Reel in Cap Cut, developing concepts for a campaign or heading to a shoot or event to capture content as it happens.

You'll have the freedom to contribute your own creative thinking, stay close to what's happening in social culture and take your work from that first spark of an idea right through to a finished piece of content that's on-brand, on-platform and ready to perform.
