Working Pattern: Full-time, four days per week in the office
The RoleWe are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organised Office & Culture Specialist to take ownership of our London office and help strengthen our vibrant company culture and brand.
This is a varied and hands‑on role spanning office management, employee experience, events, onboarding, and marketing. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, brings fresh ideas, and is keen to develop across operations, culture, and social media.
Key Responsibilities Office Management- Manage the day-to-day running of the London office.
- Ensure the office is welcoming, organised, well maintained, and fully stocked.
- Manage suppliers, office contracts, cleaning, maintenance, and facilities.
- Liaise with the landlord and property management team on building issues.
- Support basic IT troubleshooting and coordinate with external IT support.
- Process expenses, supplier invoices, and office-related administration.
- Monitor the general company inbox and direct queries appropriately.
- Organise regular team socials, incentives, celebrations, and office events.
- Create and manage a calendar of cultural activities.
- Host monthly Wrap‑Up breakfasts alongside the People & Culture Manager.
- Celebrate birthdays, promotions, anniversaries, and company achievements.
- Suggest new ideas to improve employee engagement and the office experience.
- Coordinate onboarding for new starters.
- Ensure laptops, IT access, equipment, welcome packs, and training plans are prepared.
- Create a welcoming and organised first‑day experience.
- Support the People & Culture Manager with engagement, wellbeing, and learning initiatives.
- Create, schedule, and publish content for the company Linked In page and social media.
- Design social media graphics, announcements, and event materials using Canva and other platforms.
- Capture photos and videos of office life, events, and company achievements.
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Monitoring engagement and suggesting ways to improve performance.
- Fun, energetic, creative, and confident.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- A strong written and verbal communicator.
- Confident using Canva, Linked In, and Microsoft Office.
- Tech‑savvy with good problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable organising events and working with suppliers.
- Previous office, administration, marketing, hospitality, or events experience is preferred.
