Overview We are hiring a Digital Manager to join the Global Zenith Team, supporting Swarovski’s global digital marketing activity across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the centre of strategy, activation and performance, connecting global stakeholders, local market teams and specialist experts across the Publicis network. You'll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, turning strategic direction into seamless execution and actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of global digital campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring smooth execution from briefing through to launch, reporting and optimisation.

Translate strategic objectives into clear campaign plans that support both global priorities and local market needs.

Partner with internal planning, activation and specialist teams to manage deliverables, share updates and maintain alignment across work streams.

Support the development of media plans, campaign recommendations and reporting that contribute to strong client outcomes.

Monitor campaign performance, review outputs for quality and generate insights that inform future activity.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day campaign questions and updates.

Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on schedule and in line with agreed objectives across channels and markets.

Qualifications Experience in digital media planning, activation, campaign management or a closely related area.
