Biddable Account Manager

• Support the Biddable media team in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns across Search and Social platforms, focused on the UK
• Act as a Paid Social and Search expert for clients and junior team members
• Oversee daily campaign delivery and optimisation
• Complete weekly timesheets and deliver work to high standards and deadlines
• Adhere to quality assurance policies
• Develop understanding of KINESSO and Omnicom Media expertise, products and services
• Develop digital media channel knowledge and contribute to new products and improved ways of working
• Lead testing of new SEM products, Google Ads advanced features and beta trials
• Lead day-to-day client campaign or project development and execution
• Ensure campaigns follow internal best practices and lifecycle management
• Support Account Executives and Senior Account Executives
• Provide support to Account Directors
• Prepare and lead performance review presentations
• Lead results analysis, reporting, recommendations and presentations
• Collaborate with offshore teams
• Lead day-to-day client relationships and advise clients on PPC and Social strategies
• Understand client business and digital marketing objectives and develop strategies
• Manage client expectations, schedules, forecasts and recommendations
• Support clients with marketing issues and opportunities
• Monitor trade press, competitors and competitor activity
• Mentor Account Executives, provide feedback and delegate tasks
• Keep Account Directors informed of Account Executive development and performance

• Strong experience working on performance clients through Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram and Tik Tok
• Experience in Paid Social and Paid Search
• Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat and Linked In is a plus
• Knowledge of third-party tracking tools
• Understanding of digital media channels including Affiliates, SEO, Programmatic, Strategy and Influencer Marketing
• Ability to lead campaign or project development and execution
• Ability to prepare and lead performance review presentations
• Ability to develop results analysis, reporting, recommendations and presentations
• Ability to collaborate with offshore teams
• Ability to educate clients on PPC and Social strategies and tactics
• Ability to manage client relationships and expectations
• Ability to mentor, supervise and provide performance feedback
• Ability to manage workloads and delegate tasks appropriately

Demonstrates expertise in Paid Social and Search advertising, with a strong focus on campaign delivery, optimization, and client relationship management. Proficient in leading performance analysis, reporting, and mentoring junior team members to achieve high standards in digital marketing strategies.
