• Support the Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager by creating, sourcing and executing marketing campaigns, experiential initiatives and materials in line with key objectives
• Assist the Marketing team in collaborating with restaurants, agencies and internal departments to deliver best-in-class campaigns that raise awareness of The Ivy Collection brands
• Assist with the creation of all marketing collateral including menus, POS material and campaign creatives.
• Develop relationships with local partners, landlords, associations, and tourist boards to drive awareness, consideration and conversion
• Manage the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring team are on track to deliver against campaign deadlines
• Maintain The Ivy Collection websites, keeping them updated with brand campaigns and cover-driving initiatives while ensuring user journeys are clear & effective
• Support the running of events across The Collection, travelling to sites where required
• Support in the briefing and execution of photo/video-shoots, including mood boarding and sourcing shoot props
• Ensure work management platform is kept up to date (Asana)
• Manage the briefing, build and deployment of emails for The Ivy Collection
• Assist with briefing in and scheduling social media content, as well as the creation of stories (Canva)
• Create copy for owned digital channels
• Assist with campaign reporting and wrap ups to govern strategy for upcoming campaigns
• Execute various day-to-day administrative duties including maintenance of the assets database, invoicing, management of the marketing inbox, supporting ad-hoc queries on behalf of team etc.

• Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
• First class written and verbal communication skills
• Unwavering attention to detail and organized with excellent time management skills
• Communicative, honest and accountable
• High energy, positive, enthusiastic with unwavering determination
• Experience with Google products, CRM systems and social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social)
• A strong interest in the London dining scene
• Degree or professional marketing qualification in marketing

Office-based in Fitzrovia with occasional restaurant visits
