Overview

We are hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to join Starcom and help shape paid social activity. You’ll combine thoughtful planning with hands-on campaign delivery, bringing together performance insight, creativity and strong client relationships. You’ll work within an established, collaborative team where you can take ownership, share ideas and support the development of junior colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and Tik Tok for the UK market.
  • Translate client objectives into clear media plans and effective campaign activity.
  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities and recommend practical improvements.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports, turning campaign data into accessible insights.
  • Contribute to post-campaign analysis and annual planning presentations.
  • Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and confident presenting.
  • Mentor junior colleagues by reviewing their work, sharing knowledge and supporting their development.
Qualifications
  • Experience planning and managing paid social campaigns, including activity across Meta and Tik Tok.
  • The ability to create clear media plans and manage campaigns from set-up through to optimisation.
  • A practical understanding of campaign performance, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
  • Confidence presenting recommendations and explaining data to different audiences.
  • A collaborative approach and an interest in coaching or supporting junior colleagues.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, with curiosity about how AI and automation can improve everyday processes.
