Platform Content Creator

• This role is onsite and will require you to work at the Chiswick Park office on a shift pattern.

• Create and deliver engaging live and pre-recorded video content across QVC platforms, helping to grow views, engagement and incremental sales
• Produce self-generated content from idea through to execution, including planning, scripting, filming, editing and publishing
• Support live shopping and social selling activity, including emerging platforms such as Tik Tok Shop
• Moderate and engage with online communities during selected live shows, ensuring conversations reflect QVC values and enhance the customer experience
• Work closely with internal teams including Broadcasting, Digital & Social Media, Platform Strategy,
• Merchandising and Planning to deliver content in line with briefs, timelines and business goals

• Proven experience creating and monetising social media content across multiple platforms, with strong knowledge of current and emerging channels including Facebook, X, You Tube, Instagram and Tik Tok
• Experience producing content using iPhone technology and a broad understanding of video production for social media and live content
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to create compelling content that supports engagement and sales performance
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• A good understanding of TV production, social trends, and the QVC brand, with the agility to work at pace and adapt to new production techniques and platforms
