Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager - Beauty Brand

Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

We're partnering with a fast-scaling online beauty retailer that's grown rapidly and is now investing heavily in its people. Fully in-house marketing team, no agency layer, and real autonomy to shape a brand-new strategic function.

This is a newly created role reporting into a hands-on leadership team, with a direct report of your own. Loyalty and retention sit at the heart of the business, and you'll be the one driving it.

• Own CRM and loyalty strategy, with a clear mandate to drive LTV and retention
• Tackle a key challenge: reducing customer drop‑off after first and second orders
• Build lifecycle and automation programmes across email, SMS and other owned channels
• Drive cross-sell between core and adjacent product lines
• Develop and scale the loyalty programme
• Manage and develop a direct report
• Move fast and show impact early. This is a hands-on, build‑it role from day one

• Proven experience in a senior CRM or lifecycle role, ideally in beauty, haircare or D2C retail
• Strong track record with retention, loyalty and cross-sell strategies
• Confidence working autonomously in a fast-paced, in‑house marketing team
• A bias for action. Comfortable getting stuck in and making things happen quickly
• Experience managing or mentoring a direct report
