Задачи- Develop the CRM Credit strategy, including test-and-learn opportunities and third-party customer journeys to improve credit spend and engagement
- Manage customer journey workflows across email, push, Direct Mail, app and ad-hoc microsite activities
- Accelerate the launch of credit reporting for multiple stakeholders
- Conduct end-to-end data mapping of CRM journeys and assess credit data, propensity models and wider CRM marketing opportunities
- Carry out gap analysis of joint brand marketing opportunities for credit promotions
- Develop opportunities to improve acquisition for wider financial services products using customer insight and recommendations
- Deliver initiatives to reduce dormancy and improve credit customer retention
- Identify opportunities to evolve CRM retention, in-life and welcome programmes
- Champion the CRM Strategic Framework and campaign delivery process, align stakeholders with wider business objectives, and act as the CRM Subject Matter Expert
- Advocate for a customer-first mindset within the CRM team and coordinate training on CRM technology and data usage
- Create and implement testing plans covering products, language and product offers within joint brand marketing outputs
- Demonstrated CRM experience with a high-profile, multi-channel consumer brand across acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing
- Experience managing a sizeable customer database
- Experience using a campaign tool to build and deploy campaigns
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Meticulous attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Commercially focused and data driven, with a customer-first approach to marketing decisions
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on campaign planning, content delivery and analytics
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work to deadlines
