You’ll join at a pivotal moment, shaping how the brand scales internationally through Tik Tok Shop, strengthens its D2C performance, and builds long-term customer value through CRM excellence.
The Global Tik Tok Shop, D2C & CRM Manager will lead global performance across Tik Tok Shop, D2C eCommerce, and lifecycle marketing, driving revenue growth, optimising conversion, and maximising customer retention across key markets.
Role Highlights- Own and scale Tik Tok Shop globally across UK, EU, and US markets
- Drive revenue via merchandising, creators, affiliates, and live shopping
- Manage D2C site performance including trading, launches, and optimisation
- Lead CRM strategy across email and SMS to improve retention and LTV
- Execute global campaigns, promotions, and trading calendar activity
- Proven success growing Tik Tok Shop or social commerce channels
- Strong D2C eCommerce experience (e.g. Shopify environments)
- Hands-on CRM/lifecycle marketing expertise (e.g. Klaviyo)
- Data-driven mindset with strong CRO and testing experience
- Experience managing multi-market or global digital performance
- High-impact role owning a priority global revenue channel
