Marketing Manager
Fintech (Payments & FX)
Canary Wharf, London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote)
£50,000 – £70,000 + bonus + benefits
Join a fast-growing fintech at a pivotal stage of its journey. With strong momentum in payments and FX and a banking proposition still taking shape, this business is gearing up for a significant growth push in 2027 and wants someone to help build the marketing engine now, ahead of that curve.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a marketing function with real ownership. You'll be trusted to run the show independently, working closely with senior leadership and a busy sales team to shape brand, generate demand, and support commercial growth as the business scales.
The Role- Own and drive the marketing function end-to-end, from strategy through to execution
- Manage and optimise Hub Spot across both marketing and sales use cases
- Develop creative, digitally-led campaigns that reflect a modern, AI-native approach to marketing
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
- Build brand presence and marketing infrastructure to support ambitious growth plans into 2027 and beyond
- Bring fresh thinking and a hands-on approach to a function that's ready to be shaped and scaled
- Fintech marketing experience essential (agency experience with strong fintech exposure will also be considered)
- Confident using Hub Spot for both marketing and sales workflows
- Creative, digitally fluent, and genuinely engaged with AI tools and how they can enhance marketing output
- Has operated under a senior marketer previously and is ready to take full ownership of the function
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Based within commuting distance of Canary Wharf, with flexibility for a hybrid working pattern (Wednesdays in-office as standard, with most of the team also in Tuesday and Thursday)
