Creative Marketing Manager - Maternity Cover

Location: Greater London

We’re looking for an experienced Creative & Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced interior design client on a maternity cover contract, starting ASAP until December 2027. We are looking for someone who can set the creative vision, lead a team and still get stuck into the daily execution.

You’ll take the lead on creative output, from brand development and campaign assets to photography, retouching and content creation.

You’ll be:

• Leading and inspiring the creative & marketing team

• Creating standout print and digital marketing assets

• Directing product & lifestyle shoots

• Photographing and retouching products and lifestyle content

• Managing studio workflow and high-volume image assets

• Supporting customers with creative and media content

• Keeping us ahead of the latest design, media & AI trends.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven commercial creative/marketing experience — ideally within interiors, retail or product-led brands

• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)

• Strong photography and retouching skills

• DSLR experience, ideally Canon

• Shopify & PIM experience

• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Rush & After Effects

• Excellent organisation and the ability to thrive at pace

• Confidence leading a team and juggling multiple projects

This role is based 5 days per week onsite at the brand's North London based HQ
