- Produce accurate weekly and monthly sales, stock, forecast and promotional reporting to support decisions.
- Coordinate online and in-store trade marketing plans, promotional calendars and key commercial and go to market moments.
- Brief, gather and deliver retailer assets including imagery, copy, POS, merchandising plans, samples, testers and gifts.
- Maintain retailer brand pages and product content in line with brand guidelines, ensuring launches and limited editions land on time.
- Analyse campaign and sales performance, share clear insights and recommend practical improvements.
- Act as a day-to‑day contact across retailers, agencies, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain and Merchandising.
- Improve processes, trackers and ways of working to increase accuracy, speed and execution quality.

- Strong analytical and commercial capability, with confidence interpreting sales, stock and campaign data.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using retailer portals and reporting tools.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident stakeholder management and clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative enough to shape engaging activations, pragmatic enough to deliver them brilliantly.
- Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; around three years of relevant experience preferred.
- Training and development opportunities
- Discretionary annual bonus scheme
- Rituals employee discount
