Social Media Manager

We're hiring a Social Media Manager to bridge hands-on channel execution with stronger planning and performance ownership. You'll run day-to-day social for key accounts across Instagram, Tik Tok, and beyond, lead publishing and community systems, create and direct iPhone-first content, and turn performance data into clear insights and next steps. You'll collaborate closely with creatives, producers, and paid specialists, and may guide Social Media Executives and freelancers on delivery and quality.

• Build monthly content calendars and channel plans aligned to client objectives and KPIs.
• Translate brand platforms into social pillars, repeatable series, and weekly priorities (with senior oversight).
• Spot trends early and turn them into brand-safe, platform-native ideas via test-and-learn.
• Own publishing across IG, Tik Tok, and Pinterest: scheduling, posting, QA, and approvals.
• Manage day-to-day community management: tone of voice, response frameworks, escalation pathways.
• Shoot iPhone-first, platform-native content - video, photo, and stories.
• Edit content to a polished, on-brand, platform-ready standard.
• Support light design work for social assets and templates.
• Write tight hooks, briefs, and captions; build shot lists and coordinate quick-turn capture on set.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, creators, and producers for consistently strong output.
• Support paid social by partnering with specialists or running tactical boosts and tests; working knowledge of Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads.
• Connect creative learnings to results and feed insights back into the content plan.
• Track performance and produce clear monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and smooth delivery.
• Improve workflows, templates, and QA to scale quality and speed.
• Support and guide freelancers on best practice and delivery standards.

• 3+ years managing brand social channels, with strong Instagram and Tik Tok experience (agency background preferred).
• Proven ability to grow accounts through smart planning, consistent content, and strong community habits.
• Confident shooting iPhone video and guiding edits, with a strong eye for social-first creative.
• Working knowledge of paid social setup and optimisation, plus strong reporting and insight writing.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple work streams and deadlines.
