About the Team

Tik Tok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into Tik Tok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within Tik Tok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You’ll gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

• Seller Outreach:
  Support seller education materials, outreach templates, and campaign setup.
• Onboarding Support:
  Check failed onboarding cases and collect common seller issues for follow-up.
• Product Testing:
  Test new onboarding features, report bugs, and follow up on product issues.

• Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Available to start immediately till the end of the year
• Highly interested in the social media, content industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. And understand the short video/content and livestream ecosystems of Tik Tok.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with basic data analysis skill
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Interest in e-commerce is a plus.
