Company Description

About Influential

Influential is where culture and creativity collide. We’re a multi-disciplinary social and influencer powerhouse built to create what people actually watch, read and share. We craft content that cuts through the noise for global brands including LVMH, Mars, Nestlé, Pepsi Co and Sky.

We are a rapidly growing team based at the iconic Television Centre in West London, part of Publicis Groupe, but with the agility of a boutique agency.

Overview

We are hiring a Social and Influencer Strategy Manager to help global brands create work that earns attention and shapes cultural conversations. At Influential, culture and creativity come together to produce social and creator-led content that people genuinely choose to watch, read and share. You’ll turn client challenges into integrated, insight-led strategies, working primarily across Nestlé brands while contributing to a wider portfolio of global clients.

Based at Television Centre in West London, you’ll combine the opportunities of a global network with the collaborative feel of a specialist agency.

What you’re doing:
  • Develop social and influencer strategies that turn client briefs into clear, compelling recommendations.
  • Lead day-to-day client relationships, building trust and providing thoughtful strategic guidance.
  • Bring together audience data, cultural insight and platform trends to identify meaningful opportunities for brands.
  • Collaborate with creative, influencer activation, social and media teams to develop integrated ideas built for impact.
  • Lead ideation sessions and help shape relevant, original content ideas across the digital landscape.
  • Manage projects from brief through to delivery, establishing clear responsibilities, milestones, KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Support colleagues and agency growth by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior team members and contributing to pitches, proposals and strategic responses.
Skills we’re looking for:
  • The ability to develop clear social and influencer strategies that support measurable client outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with an active interest in social media, creators and culture.
  • Experience managing client relationships and coordinating integrated projects from brief to delivery.
  • Confidence interpreting data, identifying patterns and turning insight into practical recommendations.
  • A good understanding of how social, influencer and media channels work together.
  • Knowledge of relevant platforms, measurement approaches and effective social and influencer practices.
  • A collaborative and supportive approach, with clear communication, sound judgement and a willingness to share knowledge.
