Position: Marketing Administrator 3 month contract - Up to £15p/h

Wise May are seeking aMarketing Administrator on behalf of a clientto assist a consultancy business that focus on clients within the public sector field, based in the City of London.

This is a full time, 3 month contract role. The working hours are
09:00-17:00,

Monday - Friday, hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days from home.)

Marketing Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate marketing materials and communications for both internal and external audiences.
  • Assist with the creation, updating, and distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Manage branded merchandise and promotional items.
  • Support content creation for company websites, intranets, newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Help organise events, conferences, exhibitions, and client functions.
  • Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and contact lists.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing analytics.
  • Coordinate supplier relationships for print, design, merchandise, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and maintain marketing inventories, including brochures and promotional stock.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and updating records.
Marketing Administrator

Skills Required:
  • Previous marketing experience to include social media.
  • Experience with social media
  • Some basic graphic design knowledge, particularly using Adobe or Canva
  • Some knowledge of using a CRM and creating email campaigns
  • Some experience with Word Press or navigating a CMS/backend of a website
  • The events side will largely be admin-based, such as knowledge of booking couriers, etc.
  • Strong organisation and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with a range of stakeholders
