HOURS:

Full-Time WORKING PATTERN:

What you’ll be doing …As a CRM Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering and optimising CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value across UK and EEA markets. Working closely with Growth, Product and Data teams, you will own the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging and SMS. You’ll manage onboarding, activation and retention journeys, leverage data and customer insights to deliver personalised experiences, oversee campaign execution and quality assurance, and continuously test, learn and optimise initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.

You will also act as a CRM subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on best practice and emerging trends in lifecycle and retention marketing.

Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or retention marketing roles

Experience delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging and SMSStrong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and retention strategies

Experience building and optimising automated customer journeys

Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaign improvements

Experience analysing campaign performance and customer engagement metrics

Knowledge of GDPR and CRM communication regulations across the UK and EEAStrong stakeholder management, communication and project management skills

Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Product and Data teams

And it would be great if you had any of the following...

Experience with in fintech, financial services or consumer technology organisations

Hands-on experience with Braze Hands-on experience with Iterable Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience with personalisation and dynamic content strategies

Experience scaling CRM operations within a high-growth environment

Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in lifecycle and retention marketing
