QG Media is part of ISMG, the world's largest media organisation devoted solely to information security and risk management and offering news, views, research and education on the top industry, security, regulatory and technology challenges worldwide.

Location:

Remote-first hybrid model with one day per week in Central London, plus additional team days occasionally throughout the year.

We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will work alongside the Marketing Manager to execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive delegate attendance and sponsor engagement for our global event series.

This isn’t just an assistant role, we’re looking for someone passionate to grow their career and eager to learn. We'll provide full on-the-job training focused on:

• Data-driven campaign execution

• Creative copywriting & content strategy

• Media partner negotiation

• Google ad management

• Real-time analytics & strategy optimization

• Direct ownership of campaign results

• Media Partnerships & Outreach: Researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential media partners. Securing mutually beneficial cross-promotional deals to expand event reach.

• Paid Advertising Strategy: Setting up, managing, and optimising Google Ad campaigns. Monitoring spend, target demographics, and CTR to ensure maximum conversion.

• Email Marketing & Copywriting
  :
  Writing compelling copy for vendor campaigns to secure sponsors, and delegate campaigns to engage C-level decision-makers and drive registrations.

• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Tracking, analysing, and reporting on all key marketing activities. Using real-time data to refine strategy, track lead generation, and report campaign success back to key stakeholders.

• A background in B2B/digital marketing (relevant academic experience considered)

• Strong negotiation skills and confidence to reach out to prospective media partners

• Exceptional organisation and time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks across multiple concurrent campaign cycles

• Confident communication with excellent written skills for drafting high-converting marketing copy

• Strategic and creative thinking, comfortable navigating challenges and bringing fresh ideas to the table

• Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure

• A strong appetite to constantly learn, adapt to new strategies, and grow within the company

• £25K–£28K basic salary + performance bonus scheme
