Mind Partners UK is a boutique executive search and senior advisory firm with offices in Paris and London. We are now partnering with NUXE UK&I to find their new Social Media & PR Manager
.
Reporting to the Country Manager UK&I, this role focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing the brand’s reputation and visibility. It involves managing communication strategies, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the company’s values and objectives in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Responsibilities- Implement the brand’s PR, Influence, and Social Media strategy in both territories
- Strengthen brand awareness and reinforce its premium image through a concerted approach across all platforms and in line with Global marketing strategy and local calendars and trade activations
- Develop impactful campaigns to enhance brand visibility, awareness and recruitment and support product launches
- Manage external agencies and oversee related budgets for Paid Media and PR / Influence agencies, supporting all aspects of the collaboration within budget constraints and strategic priorities with HQ
- Build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and content creators to generate qualitative and impactful coverage
- Oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook): content planning, editorial line, publishing, KPI reporting, and community moderation
- Supervise influencer campaigns: profile identification, negotiation, briefing, media amplification, performance tracking, and reporting. Ensure proper management and challenge of KPIs and ROI on each investment through reporting and continuous improvement techniques
- Work closely with HQ marketing and communication teams to ensure alignment with global strategy and consistency of messages
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, CSR, or Brand Management are a plus
- Knowledge of the cosmetic industry, beauty trends, and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Basic salary + 15% bonus (based on objectives)
- Pension: 5% from employer, 3% minimum from employees

- Hybrid role: minimum 2 days a week in Liverpool Street office
