About the roleWe're looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised social media & Content Manager to own our social media presence and content strategy across Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok and Whats App.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who can think strategically and execute independently — growing our audience, strengthening our brand, and managing campaigns end to end. You'll manage our annual paid social budget, coordinate content shoots, work with videographers and photographers, and build relationships with influencers and creators.
This is a chance to genuinely own the social and content function of a growing business, with direct impact on brand awareness and growth.
Key responsibilities- Own the social media strategy across Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok and Whats App
- Manage and grow two Linked In pages (main business + showcase)
- Build channel‑specific content strategies and monthly/annual content calendars
- Plan, schedule and publish content; manage community engagement and messages
- Grow our Whats App community with engaging, community‑led content
- Monitor trends and competitor activity; continually test and refine our approach
- Own content creation end to end — concept through to publication
- Develop creative concepts for video, photography, graphics and social‑first campaigns
- Organise and coordinate content shoots; brief and manage videographers, photographers and freelancers
- Manage shoot logistics, timelines, deliverables and budgets; attend shoots where required
- Spot emerging trends and turn them into relevant, on‑brand content
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels
- Manage the annual social/paid advertising budget
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns; test audiences, creative, formats and messaging
- Track ROI and spend, and recommend budget allocation
- Align paid campaigns with commercial objectives
- Identify, approach and build relationships with influencers and creators
- Manage campaigns from outreach through delivery, including briefs, budgets and negotiations
- Track performance and identify longer‑term partnership opportunities
- Support wider marketing campaigns, launches, events and key business moments
- Develop social campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and acquisition
- Work with the wider team to turn business priorities into engaging content
- Own regular reporting across all channels growth, reach, engagement, performance and paid ROI
- Use data to identify what's working and continuously improve strategy
- Present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
- 3–5+ years' experience in social media, content or digital marketing
- Proven experience managing multiple channels for a brand or business
- Strong knowledge of Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Whats App
- Experience managing paid social campaigns, budgets, and influencer/creator relationships
- Experience organising shoots and managing videographers/photographers
- Strong creative briefing, project management and analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and excellent written communication/copywriting
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Someone creative, commercially minded and proactive — who understands why we're posting, not just what. You'll spot a Tik Tok trend and know how to make it ours; you'll be equally comfortable briefing a videographer, managing an ad budget, or presenting the numbers afterwards. We want someone who builds and grows our social presence, not just manages a posting schedule.
What you'll get- Genuine ownership of the social and content function
- Significant creative freedom and responsibility
- Direct access to senior leadership
- The chance to build and shape a growing brand's social presence
