Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive retail brand and marketing campaigns for the Consumer Products team across UK. You'll bring extensive knowledge of major UK retailers - and translate that into campaigns that make our titles unmissable at retail.
Responsibilities
- Define the right marketing and media mix to amplify partner and retail marketing campaigns — including in-store communication, e-commerce, social commerce and launch events — with creative excellence top of mind
- Develop 360 campaigns with a retail marketing focus across mass and speciality accounts to support key titles, managing the execution of all omnichannel tactics
- Own and manage the retail marketing budget
- Work with licensees on the execution of retail-specific campaigns
- Apply a strong understanding of retail account strategies and core consumer trends to provide solutions that are innovative yet executable at retail
- Drive engagement and sales through digital and social campaigns — including custom content, influencer partnerships, SEO, display and sponsored products
- Partner with retailers, licensees and internal client's cross-functional and global teams on the development, execution and amplification of marketing programmes
- Act as an internal and external champion of our marketing strategy and vision, pushing for innovation and standout campaigns
- Partner with agencies and creative teams on marketing concept development
- Project-manage multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience in consumer products, partnerships, retail and/or entertainment
- Strong knowledge of mass, speciality and e-commerce marketing account strategies across the Spanish market
- Robust knowledge of the licensing landscape and retail and industry trends
Expertise across the marketing mix, including social and digital, in-store, influencer marketing and PR
