Overview Associate Director, Audience Strategy & Insights We are hiring an Associate Director, Audience Strategy & Insights to join our EMEA Strategy team supporting HP across both B2C and B2B businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how audience understanding drives smarter marketing decisions, stronger strategies and measurable business growth. Working at the intersection of strategy, insight, data and innovation, you'll play a key role in bringing audiences into every important decision.

You'll help turn complex information into clear direction, influencing client outcomes across multiple markets.

Responsibilities What you'll be doing

Lead the development of audience-led strategies that connect business objectives with marketing, media and customer experience outcomes.

Turn research, behavioural data and market intelligence into clear strategic recommendations and actionable plans.

Champion audience thinking across briefs, planning processes and client decision-making.

Drive the adoption and application of audience and identity capabilities across priority EMEA markets.

Partner with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Planning, Analytics, Content, Commerce and Client Leadership to deliver integrated solutions.

Facilitate workshops, working sessions and stakeholder engagements that build confidence and capability across teams.

Define success measures, evaluate impact and share learnings that continuously improve strategic effectiveness and client outcomes.
