We are hiring a Programmatic Manager to join our One Programmatic team at Performics, part of Publicis Media UK. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative programmatic campaigns, shape client success, and help deliver best-in-class performance marketing solutions across a diverse portfolio of brands. You'll combine strategic thinking, data-led decision making, and team leadership to create meaningful business impact while contributing to the continued evolution of our programmatic offering.

Working alongside talented specialists across media, technology, data, and analytics, you'll play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in everything we do.

• Lead the planning and delivery of programmatic media campaigns that achieve client objectives while driving strong commercial outcomes.
• Develop test-and-learn roadmaps that explore emerging opportunities, generate actionable insights, and improve campaign performance.
• Drive operational excellence across campaign execution, process optimisation, quality assurance, and workflow management.
• Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear recommendations that support future business and marketing decisions.
