X.
You willbe responsible for developing social strategies that:connect audiencebehaviourwith brand objectives.
You will partnercloselywithcreativeteams, account leaders, and clients to guide the direction ofcampaignsacross platforms.
Your work will influence content planning, creative development,community engagement, and measurement approaches.
We are looking for someone whois passionate about social platforms,embracesnewcontentformats and with strong client management skills and the flexibility to work across different types of social platforms.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement robust, data-driven social mediaand digital engagement strategies by conducting in-depthreputationalanalysis, trend forecasting, and stakeholder/ audience mapping, ensuring these strategies are not only clear and compelling but also directly aligned with overarching businessobjectivesand measurable KPIs.
Leadand optimise strategic social platform planning for both large-scale, time-bound campaigns and continuous ‘always-on’ engagement initiatives, meticulously defining channel-specific content ecosystems, targeting parameters, and maximising reach and impact across the relevant digital landscape.
Translate performance data, intelligence, andstakeholdersentiment into actionable strategic recommendations that directly inspire and inform innovative creative development, campaign optimisation, and future content planning.
Persuasively present complex strategic frameworks, insights, and actionable plans to both internal stakeholders and external clients, instilling confidence and securing buy-in through clear, compelling communication and a proven executive presence.
At the client level:
Leverage our suite of tools toanticipatethreatsand inform innovative strategic pivotsfor our clientsthatbuildreputation, strategicrelevanceand competitive advantage.At the practice level:
Proactivelymonitorand interpret evolving social media trends, platform evolutions, and shifts in audience behaviour toidentifyemerging opportunities for our clients, teams and to keep Burson ahead of the curve.
You will join avibrantcommunity of Social& Content contributors across our London office, working together to grow and innovate the offer.
