Are you an experienced marketing professional with an interest in learner recruitment and audience growth? Do you enjoy developing marketing strategies that attract, engage and convert prospective learners?

Imperial's Lifelong Learning department is seeking a Learner Marketing and Recruitment Manager to lead marketing and learner acquisition activity across a growing portfolio of programmes. You'll play a central role in developing programme positioning, planning integrated marketing campaigns and optimising the learner journey from first enquiry through to enrolment.

• Lead marketing, learner acquisition and recruitment activity across a portfolio of Lifelong Learning programmes.
• Develop programme marketing plans and deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, enquiries, applications and enrolments.
• Support programme positioning, value proposition development and go-to-market planning for new and existing programmes.
• Plan and deliver learner engagement activity including webinars, information sessions, email campaigns and recruitment events.
• Use market insight, audience research and campaign performance data to optimise marketing activity, learner conversion and programme growth.
• Partner with academic and professional services colleagues to align marketing and recruitment activity with programme priorities and learner needs.
• Work collaboratively with content, digital and communications colleagues to develop compelling marketing content across websites, campaigns and learner communications.
• Support recruitment and admissions processes to deliver an excellent prospective learner experience throughout the application journey.
• Manage and support a Recruitment and Applications Associate, providing guidance and oversight across recruitment activity.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and technology to improve marketing, learner engagement and recruitment activity, driving greater efficiency and a more personalised learner experience.
• Contribute to wider strategic marketing initiatives and the continued growth of Lifelong Learning at Imperial.

• Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement, lead generation or learner recruitment.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning and audience segmentation.
• Experience using market insight, digital analytics and performance data to optimise campaigns and improve conversion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence colleagues across multiple teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities within a complex organisation.
• Experience of learner recruitment, admissions, customer acquisition or sales conversion would be advantageous, but an aptitude and willingness to develop in this area is equally valued.
• Experience with in Higher Education, Executive Education or professional learning is desirable.
