Up to £65,000 plus bonus and package

Fella & Jones are exclusively partnering with a high-growth international fashion and lifestyle brand delivering double-digit growth across its channels. As the business expands its store portfolio and online presence, it’s looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to create campaigns that build the brand and drive sales.

This is a hands‑on role spanning content, social, organic and paid marketing. You’ll turn commercial priorities into ideas people want to engage with, then use performance data to make each campaign stronger.

• Create and deliver digital campaigns across brand, product launches and key trading moments.
• Own the content calendar, bringing together social, email, website and paid activity.
• Develop engaging organic social content that grows reach and builds a loyal community.
• Manage paid social and digital campaigns, working with agency partners where appropriate.
• Brief creative teams and turn campaign concepts into compelling content across channels.
• Track performance, test new ideas and optimise activity against brand and commercial goals.
• Work closely with Ecommerce, Trading, Retail and Creative teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.

• Experience in digital marketing for a fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand.
• Strong content instincts and a clear understanding of what works across social platforms.
• Experience planning campaigns that combine organic content and paid media.
• Commercially minded, comfortable using data to shape decisions and demonstrate results.
• Confident managing multiple projects and influencing colleagues across a growing business.
