Live Nation UK are looking for an experienced communications professional to manage PR campaigns for live events across the UK, from intimate gigs to the country's highest-profile music festivals, arena and stadium tours. Reporting to the Head of Communications, Touring and Festivals, you will be managing two members of the team, overseeing PR strategies and campaigns, budgets, and agencies across a wider roster of events.

• Substantial experience in music, live events, or entertainment publicity
• Adept at handling talent, from emerging artists to global superstars, with confidence and professionalism
• Deep UK media network across key verticals with proven placement and storytelling success
• Experience managing or supervising people
• Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage a number of projects at one time
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, ticketing, artists teams and corporate stakeholders

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-profile environment

• Manage PR campaigns across the Live Nation UK portfolio, from intimate gigs to high-profile arena and stadium tours, outdoor shows and festivals, ensuring campaigns are aligned with wider strategic goals
• Line manage two communications executives in the team, overseeing campaigns, strategy, and budgets
• Oversee press announcements, interviews, and promotional opportunities including launch events and media trips, ensuring clear messaging and campaign focus
• Handle media accreditation and press at events, ensuring smooth execution and top-tier media experiences
• Lead on media partnerships on certain festivals and events, negotiating and executing contracts with agencies and media partners, overseeing media partner activity on site
• Recruit and manage PR agencies on certain festivals and events, overseeing strategy, media targeting and feature ideas, in line with the wider business objectives around each event
• Maintain and develop a network of influential media contacts
• Collaborate with the Creator Partnerships Manager to deliver creator and influencer campaigns for shows as needed
