*** The Social Commerce Assistant supports QVC UKand the Digital and Social team, helping to deliver paid and organic social campaigns while supporting the growth of QVC’s shoppable social platforms, including Tik Tok Shop and You Tube Shop.
* This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to social commerce strategies, coordinate campaign activity and support the smooth running of a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will help deliver results with speed, build strong relationships and lead with agility, all of which are core competencies in QVC’s Leadership Model.  ##
** Where You'll Work
*** This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week.  ##
** What You'll Do
*** Support the planning, scheduling and deployment of paid and organic social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube.
* Assist with the creation and optimisation of paid social advertising, including asset management, copywriting and audience targeting.
* Monitor campaign performance, compile weekly and monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.
* Monitor QVC catalogues across Tik Tok Shop and You Tube Shop, checking stock, offers and product information.
* Support Tik Tok Shop activity, including live shopping, advertising campaigns, product updates, promotions, creators and affiliates.
* Coordinate product orders and send-outs for samples, shoots, competitions and paid campaign assets.
* Support finance processes, including purchase orders, invoicing and campaign budget maintenance.
* Manage tracked links, campaign documentation and general administration.
* Support the coordination of creators and affiliates through Tik Tok Affiliate Centre and Lark.
* Help manage live shopping events and content banking with the social and PCC teams.
* Research emerging paid social trends, platform updates and new advertising features.
* Collaborate with Digital and SEO teams to maximise campaign visibility and searchability.
* Contribute to cross-functional projects that drive innovation and customer engagement.  ##
** What You'll Bring
*** Experience of, or a strong interest in, paid social media campaigns, including platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads.
* Knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems and campaign analytics.
* A creative mindset, with excellent promotional writing and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach to monitoring campaign performance.
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
* A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and contribute positively within a fast-paced team.
* An interest in social commerce, live shopping, affiliate marketing and emerging digital platforms.#LI-KH2
