- London - up to 45k The Company A fast-growing, global ecommerce agency is expanding its Tik Tok Shop offering and is looking for a Tik Tok Shop Account Specialist to join its London team. The agency works with leading brands to drive ecommerce growth across marketplaces, social commerce and digital channels. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll work closely with brands, creators and internal specialists.

The Role As a Tik Tok Shop Account Specialist , you'll play a key role in helping brands grow through Tik Tok Shop, affiliate partnerships and paid media . You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of Tik Tok Shop activity, from identifying and managing creators and affiliates through to campaign optimisation, reporting and client communication. This would suit someone with experience in Tik Tok Shop, social commerce, ecommerce, affiliate marketing or paid social who enjoys combining commercial thinking, creativity and data.

Key Responsibilities Research, identify and engage relevant Tik Tok Shop creators and affiliates Support the management of affiliate campaigns, including creative briefs, product samples and creator communications Monitor affiliate performance, campaign activity and key milestones Support the implementation and optimisation of Tik Tok Shop paid media campaigns, including GMV Max Monitor campaign spend, performance and key ecommerce metrics Produce regular reporting for clients, highlighting performance, opportunities and areas for improvement Analyse sales and campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, creators and affiliates Contribute to client strategy and discussions around Tik Tok Shop growth Support the optimisation of product listings and campaign content to maximise engagement and sales What You'll Need

Experience with in Tik Tok Shop, ecommerce, social commerce, affiliate marketing or paid media A good understanding of Tik Tok Shop and how brands can use the platform to drive sales Experience working with creators, affiliates or influencer partnerships would be highly beneficial Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand performance data and turn it into actionable insights Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and external partners A proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams Sphere Digital Recruitment currently have a variety of job opportunities across digital so feel free to get in touch with us to find out how we can help you.
