A company in the digital marketing industry is hiring for a Marketing Account Manager position. The organisation provides digital marketing services for businesses targeting the Japanese market and works closely with agency partners and clients to deliver tailored advertising solutions. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with a diverse range of clients while supporting their digital marketing objectives.

• Support agencies and clients in improving the performance of search and display advertising campaigns through analysis and optimisation recommendations.
• Engage with agencies and clients through online, email, and face-to-face interactions to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Analyse campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and present actionable recommendations through proposals and meetings.
• Recommend suitable digital marketing solutions and advertising tools to help clients achieve their goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems and internal databases.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Keep up to date with advertising technologies, platform features, and digital marketing tools to support client success.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid media, PPC, or display advertising.
• Experience working within an advertising agency environment or managing relationships with agency partners.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Strong Excel skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and large performance datasets.
• Understanding of display advertising strategy, including audience targeting, remarketing, creative optimisation, and full-funnel campaign planning.
• Experience with Yahoo! Japan Ads or LINE Ads platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Japanese market, digital trends, and broader Asian business markets is beneficial.
