Role purposeThe Marketing Campaign Manager is deployed into a defined area of the business (Tax) and is responsible for planning and delivering campaign activity within that area to a high standard. The role works with the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager (and where applicable the higher-grade Campaign Manager) to develop, iterate and gain sign-off for campaign plans, ensuring alignment to capability standards, templates and agreed priorities.
This role is accountable for reliable execution, stakeholder coordination, and accurate performance reporting. It applies firm value propositions and central campaign assets consistently, flags where local adjustments may be needed, and escalates risks early with clear information so issues can be resolved quickly.
The role is available as a Fixed Term Contract, until end of September 2027.
Key Responsibilities- Draft campaign plans for assigned activity and iterate with the relevant campaign lead to achieve sign-off.
- Coordinate delivery actions, timelines and dependencies, ensuring work is completed to quality standards.
- Support campaign kick-offs and stakeholder communications so responsibilities and next steps are clear.
- Maintain consistent updates and ensure approvals are followed.
- Apply firm value propositions, approved messaging and central assets consistently within campaign delivery.
- Flag local nuance, buyer feedback or market issues that may require adjustment and escalates through the campaign lead.
- Track agreed measures and provide timely reporting inputs and delivery updates.
- Capture learning, issues and improvement ideas and share them with the campaign lead.
