Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking to appoint an account manager (marketing campaigns) to work closely with our client’s marketing team, running campaigns from creative brief to final kit delivery.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships, keep projects moving smoothly, and deliver effective creative work across print, digital, film, animation and events.
The role involves managing marketing campaigns, from brief and creative development to production and delivery to restaurants, with typical cycles lasting between
14 and 20 weeks. The account manager is the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, and will need to provide great service and build strong trusted relationships.
They will work with internal teams (creative, digital, film, print production and insight) to shape compelling campaign responses and present recommendations clearly, in person and online. They will need to capture, discuss and communicate client feedback, ensuring changes are understood and actioned and challenging any amends that deviate from the strategy.
Other aspects of the role include:
- Overseeing project timelines, approvals and signoffs
- Handing over assets accurately to the production teams
- Communicating to all teams
- Managing budgets to ensure projects stay on track financially
- Supporting the account director to identify growth opportunities
- Co-hosting competitor and category safaris
The account manager will need to stay curious about the client’s market, bringing fresh, on-trend ideas, including a restless passion for all things retail and marketing.
