About usSix by Nico launches a new six-course menu every six weeks across 13 restaurants in the UK and Ireland.
A new story. A new world. Every restaurant changing at once.
What we don't have is someone in each city who can tell people about it like a friend rather than a brand.
The roleWe're looking for someone to become the face and voice of Six by Nico in their city.
You'll be on camera, in the restaurant, in the comments and part of the conversations your city is already having.
You'll start by supporting one of our key restaurant launches or relaunches, before building a consistent local content rhythm, including a recognisable weekly series designed to introduce Six by Nico to new audiences.
This is a hands-on role. You'll plan it, shoot it, edit it, publish it and own how Six by Nico shows up locally.
Roles and responsibilities Be the face of the brand in your cityFront our local content on camera, hosting, introducing, reacting and talking directly to our audience
Build a recognisable local presence and a genuine relationship with the people who follow us in your city
Keep Six by Nico part of the conversations your city is having each week, finding relevant angles that naturally put us into them
Manage comments and DMs in your own voice, responding within 24 hours on trading days
Build relationships with local creators, personalities, communities and audiences
Cover launches and relaunches in your city end-to-end, including the build-up, previews, opening and first weeks of service
Be on site for every key launch date, with relevant content captured and live on the day
Create momentum before launch and maintain it once the restaurant is trading
Learn the brand, restaurant and content standards by working closely with our Social Content Lead
Create regular content around:
The venue: the room, interiors, bar and the details people might otherwise walk past
What's on and when: menu announcements, first access, launch days and what's live this week, delivered directly to camera
Food and drink: the dishes, serves and stories behind them
Fast and topical: daily Tik Toks, Reels and reactive content with the potential to travel
The city: relevant events, conversations, trends and moments where Six by Nico can naturally join in
Brand and service messaging: delivered like a person rather than a sign
You'll own and deliver a recurring weekly content series that becomes recognisable to both you and your city.
Our starting idea is simple: every week, bring someone new to Six by Nico who has never been before.
It could be a stranger, a friend of a friend, someone you've met in the city, or somebody in town for a gig, match or event. We meet them through you and experience Six by Nico alongside them.
You'll source and book the guests, plan the episode, shoot it, edit it and publish it every week.
Consistency matters. The series needs to become something our audience expects to see.

Deliver at least one ad-ready creative cut each month

Work to a clear weekly cycle:
