About the role The Global Internal Communications Team leads the development and successful delivery of Haleon’s company-wide internal communication strategy. Driving communications at a global level and supporting the Executive Team and senior leaders across the organisation, the team plays a key role in building colleague understanding and engagement with Haleon’s ambitions, priorities, leadership, and culture. The Enterprise Transformation Programme is a multi-year journey focused on transforming the Haleon business.

This roles plays a critical part in making that ambition a reality. This is a senior role within the Global Internal Communications Team, responsible for supporting the Global Head of Internal Communications in the development and delivery of the communications and engagement strategy for the Enterprise Transformation Programme.

As a senior partner to the central programme team and programme leadership, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of internal communications and engagement activity across the programme. It will play a critical role in ensuring colleagues understand the vision, purpose, progress, and impact of the transformation while driving engagement, confidence and embedding new ways of working across the organisation.

The role will act as a senior communications partner to programme stakeholders, providing strategic counsel on narrative, messaging, communications planning, leadership engagement, and employee communications while ensuring communications activities are aligned, effectively delivered, and executed to a consistently high standard. This role requires someone who is confident working with senior stakeholders, is an effective strategy partner and can balance strategic thinking with high-quality execution.
