Event Specialist - FTC - Client Events

A leading U.S. law firm is seeking an Event Specialist to plan and execute sophisticated client events that strengthen relationships, elevate their brand, and support business development efforts.

• Plan, manage, and execute a wide range of client-facing events, including seminars, conferences, receptions, dinners, and virtual programs.
• Partner closely with attorneys, business development, and marketing teams to align events with strategic goals.
• Manage event logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budgets, timelines, registrations, and on-site execution.
• Ensure all events reflect the firm's brand, professionalism, and client-service standards.
• Track event outcomes, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
• Support multiple events simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and high expectations.

You will work in an exceptional global event team with support from the London based Event Director.
