Graphic designer grocery packaging

itsu is an Asian-inspired food brand with more than 80 restaurants across the UK and Belgium, as well as a grocery business that sells products through supermarkets, health food retailers, online channels, wholesale partners, and international markets. Its grocery range includes chilled and frozen products such as crispy seaweed thins, gyoza, bao, broth, noodles, and miso.

• Own the creative direction and visual identity of grocery packaging across UK and international chilled and frozen ranges
• Partner with the Brand Director to deliver creative work across campaigns, trade materials, brand presentations, packaging visualisation, point-of-sale, promotional assets, gift packaging, and internal communications
• Champion design innovation and inspire the team with fresh creative approaches
• Create campaign assets, including master templates, artwork adaptations, and asset production, and approve final creative outputs
• Support the development of packaging concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes
• Maintain high design standards, accuracy, attention to detail, and quality across projects

• Proven experience creating design for consumer brands
• A portfolio showcasing packaging, brand assets, and commercially effective creative work
• Ability to develop concepts, refine assets, and manage production details
• Understanding of how design works at shelf, on screen, and in hand Hands-on, collaborative approach and passion for branding
